Another Visitor this Month
The premier of Russia will be meeting with Kirchner in Buenos this month. The question is: Will he be stood up? If anyone reads this blog, I would like to make some figurative bets. I would bet, say, 1000 figurative dollars that he will suffer some kind of snub. Any takers?
